Haines Medical Australia uses and supplies the following rolls for the manufacturing of mattress covers, economical draw sheets, pillow cases, aprons, egg shell covers, etc.
They are available in the following three grades:
1. Heavy Duty Blue or White Mackintosh - 0.165 mm thick (165 um)
2. Lightweight Blue and Translucent Sheeting (soft) - 0.08 mm thick (80 um)
3. GHS - Green Hospital Sheeting - 0.20 mm thick (200 um)
For healthcare purposes they are:
- Fire Retardent
- Bacteriorstatic
- Can be cleaned and sterilised easily
- Waterproof
