The Patient Transfer Board (P.T.B.) is used to transfer the dependent patient from bed to barouche, barouche to bed, etc. Key features include:

> Double handle with hanging hole

> Constructed from a lightweight , smooth, resilient material

> P.T.B. is radiolucent

> Hygienic-P.T.B. is easily cleaned by wiping over with a mild detergent or non-alcohol based disinfectant

Angled Transfer Boards

General Transfer Board with Cutout

The General Transfer Board with cut out is ideal for short distance transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair. Where the wheelchair has a large wheel, the cut out sits around the wheel and helps to alleviate sideways movement of the board.

Made of PVC, it has a unique low friction coating giving more slip and less grip. It has rounded edges to provide a smooth and safe transfer for the client.
